Ingredients:
Wooden skewers
2 chicken breasts, steaks, or 1 pound uncooked shrimp
2 bell peppers of your choice; red, yellow, orange, or green
1 ½ red onions
½ pineapple cut into cubes or bought already cubed
2 zucchini cubed
Italian or lemon garlic dressing (we like Tessamae’s)
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Tzatziki sauce for dipping optional
Instructions:
Soak skewers in water to prevent them from burning. Marinate meat in dressing for a minimum of 2 hours, the longer the better. Warm the grill to medium-high heat. While the grill is heating, alternate meat, fruit, and veggies onto each skewer. Try to get 4-5 pieces of meat on each skewer. Grill kabobs for 15 minutes taking care to flip every 3-5 minutes. Brush more marinade over kabobs while grilling. Cook until meat is well done with grill marks and slightly charred. Vegetables should be tender.
