Roasted Veggies

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Chop veggies of your choice

    1. Some of our favorites: brussel sprouts, squash, broccoli, beets, sweet potatoes, garlic, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, red and yellow peppers

  3. Toss with olive oil, sea salt, pepper & garlic powder

  4. Add herbs of your choice

  5. Spread evenly on baking sheet

  6. Roast 20-30 minutes or longer

  7. Flip halfway through

Add Kielbasa or chicken sausage to this meal. Slice and spread on baking sheet along with vegetables.

Goat cheese is a tasty addition to any tray of roasted veggies. You can spread on when there are 5-10 minutes left to allow to melt or add to your own plate.
