4-6 cups loosely packed organic kale leaves separated from stalks
1 lemon, juiced
3-4 Tbsp cold-pressed olive oil
2 cloves garlic, mashed
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot red pepper flakes, to taste
3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1. Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
2. Massage dressing into kale in a large serving bowl until kale becomes soft.
3. Add nutritional yeast and toss again.
4. Let kale sit for at least 5 minutes. Serve.
5. Great as left overs and snacks!
