Recipe: Gluten Free Cauliflower Pizza Crust

3 Cups Cooked Cauliflower (Minced in Food Processor)

3 Eggs Whipped

3 tsps Dried Oregano

1 tsp Dried Basil

3 tsp Crushed Garlic

1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella

Pesto or Sauce to taste


Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Spray pan (or use parchment paper)

Put Cauliflower in processor and mince. Microwave for about 6 minutes in a large mixing bowl. Remove and mix in eggs, oregano, basil, and garlic. Scoop onto the pizza pan and use hands to press mix about 1/4 inch thick (try not to make too thin!).

Place crust into the oven for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Remove from oven and cover with pesto or sauce of choice, cheese and other precooked ingredients. Bake until cheese is melted.
