2 cans (15 ounces) organic chick peas
2 Tbsp cold pressed olive oil
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Sea salt to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse and drain chick peas. Dry by rolling around on a kitchen towel, removing loose skins. Combine olive oil, sea salt and Old Bay in a large bowl. Add chickpeas and toss to coat evenly. Transfer chickpeas to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and spread out in one even layer. Bake until golden and crispy, 30-40 minutes.
