Quinoa Porridge

Ingredients: 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa 1 cup water 2 Tbsp vanilla unsweetened vanilla coconut milk 1 Tbsp grass-fed butter Pinch sea salt ¼ tsp vanilla 7 drops liquid stevia 1/8 tsp cinnamon Cardamom and coriander to taste 1 Tbsp shredded coconut 2 chopped dates Fresh blueberries




Directions:

Put dry quinoa in a small saucepan on medium-low to toast for 7-10 minutes. Add water and follow instructions per package. Remove from heat and add all of the above ingredients. Top with blueberries and enjoy warm!
