This is a recipe that you can completely vary according to what ingredients you have on hand or what leftovers are in your fridge. Here is a formula for making delicious Power Bowls….the combinations are endless!


Base Options:

Brown Rice

Quinoa

Lentils

Cauliflower Rice

Sweet potatoes

Hummus


Protein Options:

Ground turkey or beef

Burgers

Shredded beef, pork, or chicken

Cubed chicken breast or steak

Black Beans

Scrambled or Fried Eggs
