Ingredients:
½ pound organic ground pork
1 pound organic ground beef
1 pound organic ground veal
1 cup gluten-free, seasoned bread crumbs (we like Gillian’s Foods)
1 cup grated parmesan
2 eggs
¾ cup organic heavy whipping cream
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1 Tbsp all-purpose seasoning
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. It’s best to use your hands to evenly combine ingredients. Form into balls about the size of your palm or a little smaller. Place in a large saute pan and cook over medium heat, browning on all sides. Finish cooking in a simmering pot of your favorite marinara sauce for at least 30 minutes. We like Michael’s of Brooklyn when we don’t feel like making our own. The longer you cook, the more flavor your sauce will take on.
