Fire Team Whiskey Founder and Nutrition Coach, Steph Lincoln brought this dish to our SuperBowl party and it was a big hit. We asked her for her recipe and here it is!
Take your favorite brand of pork sausage. Shown here is the amazing, limited edition Buffalo Blue Cheese Pork Sausage from Publix. Brown it to just undercooked, and drain.
Place the drained sausage back into the skillet with a package of cream cheese. I used the organic Publix Greenwise brand. Add your choice of blue cheese, and 1/4 cup of Louisiana or Crystal hot sauce.
Cook on low until the cheeses are melted and the meat, cheeses, and hot sauce all blend together into a gooey, yummy, spicy mess.
Serve with celery and pork rinds.
