About the event
We put our bodies through so much throughout the week. Let’s take one day to slow down, unwind, and give back our bodies what it so desperately needs. Expect low lights, whole tones, aromatherapy, and restorative stretching. Towels ( medium and large) are an option for more stretching options. Bring your yoga mat and a friend and join us for this free class!
