Come learn some tips, tricks, and helpful hints on how to get started successfully on your health journey and avoid the common pitfalls associated with any kind of new behavior change. Attend within 2 weeks of your report of findings and get a free reusable tote bag and supplement tray! This is a mandatory class for new Health by Design NRT Patients.
