A Patient Appreciation Event! Come and share healthy Thanksgiving side dishes around the table with us while we discuss how we made these and how to incorporate health substitutions in your meal planning.

We are asking everyone to bring a guest. Qualify for a raffle ticket for every adult, non-patient, guest you bring. Your registered guest will also receive a free muscle test at the event.
