I wanted to share with everyone a quick update on Health by Design’s position in the recent Covid-19 pandemic. Most importantly, we are still OPEN! We are grateful to be designated an “Essential” business. This important announcement by our governor last week allows us to continue to serve you in the fight to stay healthy, build up our natural defenses and help reduce stress.
We are continuing to keep a safe environment for patients to come to the office for services and product pick up, following CDC guidelines.
Here are some of the steps we have taken:
Sanitizing our equipment and common areas regularly using EPA approved non-toxic Hydrogen Peroxide cleaners
Spacing out our waiting area chairs to allow 6 feet between waiting patients
Curb side pick up of supplements
Natural anti-bacterial soap and hand sanitizer readily available.
Diffusing natural antimicrobial essential oils in all common areas.
No waiting zones for higher risk patients to avoid congregating with other patients.
Masks and gloves made available for all employees.
Screening of anyone entering the building for symptoms, fever or potential exposure.
Drop shipping products straight to your door.
Plus: NEW Virtual Appointments! If you still do not feel comfortable visiting the office our of personal preference or because you or someone you know is at high risk, we certainly respect your decision. We have an exciting alternative for you! If you are unable to make your in office appointment for any reason related to Covid-19, we will be converting all office visits to a Virtual Appointment. More than ever, it is important that you keep in contact with your practitioner and stay on program. We don't want anyone to fall behind or experience a setback. We are doing everything we can to deliver you the same valuable uninterrupted service remotely! Our practitioners are undergoing special training with similar health care specialists across the country to transition your care to the virtual format. While nothing will replace seeing you in person, this is the next best thing.
During the virtual appointments we can:
check on your progress
take a history
hold you accountable to your goals
provide resources on diet and make any necessary changes to your supplement program.
During our sessions, we will also make sure to address any questions and concerns you may have regarding the current health care pandemic.
